Whilst communicating with Members or Guests, be as informative and helpful as possible and where appropriate, make conversation about their round, holidays, hobbies, etc. Remember, the “Member is King” and our Guests should be treated in the same manner – nothing should be too much trouble!

2. Be a comfortable person to be with.

3. Acquire a relaxed, easy going, professional attitude.

4. Do not be or become egotistical!

5. Cultivate the quality of being interested.

6. Continually strive to improve your work persona.

7. Attempt to correct any misunderstandings in an honest, sincere manner.

8. Practice liking people you may not get along with.

9. Never miss an opportunity to say a word of congratulations or express sympathy where appropriate.
